"Delicious and easy! I have a spaetzel maker I have only used once ......so glad I decided to get it out and make these. Light and delicious! Try it!"
"Made these last summer, and just kept making batches as pickling more cukes became available from the garden.. I added each new cooled batch to a very large Ikea jar, and we have been eating them all winter. (kept refrigerated of course) This is an excellent recipe!"
"Terriffic! Easy and crisp. Perfect for those times when you don't get a large yeild at one time from the garden. I have given this recipe out 3 times already."
"This was a great cracker....very good texture and crunch. Made them exactly as the recipe here. The italian seasoning was too strong, so I will reduce it to 1 Tablespoon next time. Same with the salt (next time 1 teaspoon,) I rolled the cracker dough between 2 pieces of parchment to make it less messy, left the bottom sheet of parchment on the co..."
"Great texture and flavor. Made these twice. (Personal preference, I skipped the almond extract the second time as it was a bit much.) I used the vanilla instead. "Awesome! Even yeast breads come right out of the pan without a hitch. This is a great trick, and I have recommended it highly! Keep a batch on hand, & give some to your foodie friends to try. Thanks again Kittencal!"
"I have made this recipe 4 times now. I did need ONLY add 1/4 teaspoon yeast as the starter did much of the work! The flavor is great. I have used the optional flaxseed. I have found that I like 2 larger loaves rather than 3 smaller, (personal preference) This makes great sandwiches, and toast. Love the molasses, honey combo! Try this one!"

In my case, I added about 1/2 teaspoon yeast, because my starter wasn.t doing the job well enough. That did the trick though. I also had to play with flour quantities a bit to see what would get me the best consistency. This dough..."
"Very very good. I did need to add a teaspoon of yeast as my starter lacked the livelyness it should have had. The end product was excellent!!! Looks great and tastes great. Worth the effort. Thanks for posting!"
"Awesome! Made this and love the low fat yet full flavor results. Thanks for posting. Don't hesitate to try this one, it is a keeper!!!! My favorite zucchini bread recipe of all."
