    About Me

    I am an at-home mom of a toddler with another on the way. I do not like cooking, particularly, but I do enjoy eating good food. I am also pretty frugal cook. I try to limit the cost of each meal to around $5. I buy meat on sale and vacuum pack and freeze it, and try to use coupons as much as possible. So, I try to find meals that are not too difficult and don't use a lot of expensive ingredients, while still pleasing my family and providing nutrition and variety.
