"This was a good tortilla soup. I diced the chicken and sauteed with veggies instead of boiling & shredding. I am thinking two cans of Rotel instead of the can of diced tomato. I fired the extra corn tortillas and used those for garnish. Also, top it with lime juice, avacado and some cilantro. The 8 yield does make enough for 8 people. Easy and qui..."

"This recipe was the Pillsbury Bake Off Winner in 1975. You really can't go wrong. It's whats for dinner tonight but with a little cheese, garlic, and assorted spices & veggies I have thrown in to add a little flavor. Don't use canned chicken (that's just gross and wrong but you can be lazy and use a rotisserie chicken to make prep easier."

"The taste of the chicken was quite good. I did have the soggy breading problem even though I cooked it on a rack. I would suggest marinating the chicken in ranch for an hour and for sure use Panko breadcrumbs, I only had regular. The ingredients were spot on."
