I love to write, read, cook, take photographs, and spend time with my family
I'm also a nursing student, and will graduate next year!
As far as food goes:
Growing up in a half Jewish, half Italian home, it's no surprise that I fell in love with cooking. We moved from Jersey to Florida when I was 10, and my new love become southern food, much to my Brooklyn-born parents' amazement. Now, I cook for my husband and daughter (who is incredibly picky, but I'm working on it!) and my family as well. My passion is in a world of flavor, from Indian, Middle Eastern, and African, to Norwegian and even South American. Every country has its culinary beauties! I'm no professional chef, but I love to watch (any food/cooking show!) and learn. I believe food is the ultimate art. You see it, hear it, feel it, smell it, and when that's all done, you eat it! What could be better?!
I'm probably most famous for my chili and my bacon-cucumber-cream cheese sammies.
