"This is the 4B's Restaurant recipe except the 4B's version adds a tablespoon of chopped onion and blends it all right before adding cream. Very good. 4B's is always a favorite destination when in Montana. I make this up and can it without the cream for my own condensed soup."

"No - you can't taste the beans. The texture is not what you might expect from brownies. Wanting a brownie fix without using wheat, I can eat them. The kid didn't care for them at all because of the texture. The flavor is great, the texture is a bit strange. It's a very fine texture.....not bad, just different. "haven't tried this yet but am going to tomorrow. I love the cream cheese idea as the other recipes seem just wayyyy too sweet for my taste. I am sure these will be a big hit! Thanks for the great idea with the cream cheese."

"We have a lot of hunters in the family so I've been looking for a seasoning blend that I can put in jars for gifts and found this one. It's perfect. Complex enough for depth of flavor. All people will need to do is add their own meats. Thanks!!"

"Yummy flavor & super moist!! We just roasted a 12 pound turkey in just over an hour! After a quick turkey & watercress sandwich to test it, we cut it into quarters, sealed it up with the FoodSaver and froze the packages of delectible turkey tidbits for quick dinners."

"Wonderful! We used all elk meat (no beef and regular sea salt. I generally 1/3 the recipe and make 2-4" long rolls. Everyone loves the great flavor. I like the smoker idea that one reviewer had and will make a full recipe and do that next time. Can never have enough of this in the freezer! Great to take on camping trips."

"Rave Reviews from the entire neighborhood! This will now be my "go-to" cobbler recipe and it's so easy. I think the key here is to use a long pan as recommended (15" so that the topping comes out just right and not cake-y. I halved the recipe, used mixed berries and put in an 8" pan. My neighbor refused to share the leftovers from our pot luc..."

"Very good. Is great toasted with a little honey goat cheese or cream cheese. Not what I expected from a quick bread. The batter is very light and makes more of a heavy yeast bread texture. Made little loaves for freezing and gave some to neighbors who said theirs was lovely with roasted pork."
