"I mainly used this recipe as a starting point... and what a wonderful place to start! I made the lemon layer as written, but used less sugar in the cream cheese and added some coconut flakes and coconut rum. The lemon really shined through, but there was a hint of tropical taste as well. Wonderful!"

"Wonderfully refreshing. First time I made exactly as stated with huge success. I just baked up a couple of vanilla genoise that I'll use instead of ladyfingers this time. Again, can't give this a high enough rating. I love the brandy! :)"

"Excellent! I subbed 1/2 cup wheat bran for the breadcrumbs for health benefits. I also used lean ground turkey because that's what we had. The flavors are perfect and the chutney/yogurt is the cherry on top."
