I doubled the recipe for leftovers, added the black beans, used mccormick chicken taco and hot taco seasoning, and threw in a yellow bell pepper for fun. It only took 5 1/2 hours on low for my crock pot. Next time I will add jalapeno peppers to kick it up a notch."
