"We are not big fans of brocolli and my husband is not a big fan of tomatoes - but we both LOVED this. What a great tasty way to get two really good vegetables in! Will be making this often - goes great with sandwiches."

"This was good! We would add feta cheese to this to make it even better. I also enjoy gyros with garden burgers sliced up inside - but I will use your sauce from now on, it is great! Thanks for sharing!"

"DELICIOUS.I loved this just as it is presented - I like the texture and colors and of course the taste was magnificent...I felt like I was in a nice Italian restaurant. My husband and toddler loved the taste but not the texture...so I blended their soup (just their servings before giving it to them and it made a nice creamy soup with tiny gree..."

"I was doubtful about cabbage, but this was delicious! My meat-loving husband and my 2 year old boy gobbled this down! (Victory! I did add the peas and little shards of turkey bacon. "My meat-loving and mushroom-fearing husband loved these! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the juiciness of it caused the bread to disintegrate and it was a big mess after a few bites. The first few bites though...exquisite."

"This was DELICIOUS! Don't let the odd preparation scare you off. I think this would be pleasing to anyone who had it. It definitely looks like much more food before you cook it - you will think you are chopping too many vegetables, but it really does shrink down in the oven and you'll wish you chopped even more. We'll make this again and again!"

"I am making more and more vegetarian recipes at home and this one has been my husband's favorite so far! The red pepper flakes make it a good manly meal. Thanks for sharing this - we'll be making it often."

"I might not have the expertise needed for this. I was very excited about the recipe - but it ended up as a "Black Bean Sloppy Joe", and not really a very tasty one. I did add Guacamole, which was good! But it was kind of like a sloppy burrito on a hamburger bun. I wish I knew how to make it stick - obviously other people were able to do this, ..."
