"This is absolutely delicious! Everybody loved it at this year's Pesach dinner, including my picky toddler. I used maybe 3/4 regular potatoes and 1/4 yams, and I substituted a homemade gluten-free flour blend for the matzo meal. Otherwise, I followed it to a T. It was awesome, and I will definitely make this again!"

"Although the ingredients are very simple, this salad is delicious! I added more lemon juice than the recipe calls for because I like things lemony. I made this for my mother, who was visiting, and we ate most of it on the spot!"

"This was so delicious! I added about 1 T. fresh chopped clili pepper during step 3 to give it more kick. It came out wonderfully and I will definitely make it again."

"This is the first Giada recipe that I've made, and all I can say is, "Oh. My. Goodness." This salad is quick, easy, healthful, and delicious. I made it for my sisters and it was a huge hit. The dressing of lemon juice and olive oil is surprisingly flavorful. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfectly. Thanks for a keeper!"
