"Made this for Christmas morning. All loved it, especially the men! Made it ahead the night before, however did not pour the egg/milk mixture in until the next morning to avoid a soggy crust. I also didn't have a deep dish pie pan so I used an 8X8 square pan and lined it with pie crust. Good the next morning too! I cut back on the salt per oth..."

"Delicious, though a little on the salty side for me. Next time I'll cut back on the soy sauce a little bit. I added water chesnuts and served with jasmine rice. I didn't have fresh ginger on hand, so I added about 1/2 - 1 tsp. of ground ginger."

"I used leftovers from a loaf of bread I made for dinner the night before from my bread maker (it's never quite as good the next day! This was the perfect solution for the unused bread. I let the bread get a little stale and then let it soak a little longer in the liquid. Fantastic! My 4 year old loved it! As she said, it was "just like the ..."

"What a fantastic and simple recipe! I felt like I made a traditional meal my grandmother would have made! I had a pork loin roast that I had no idea what to do with...This was the perfect answer. I had a 2.5lb roast and used 3 Cups of water. The house smelled wonderful the entire afternoon. Served with mashed potatoes and made gravy from the ..."

"Great recipe. I had both shrimp and asparagus in the fridge and this was the perfect answer! Served with brown rice and a salad. I also added the parsley and a little parmesean sprinkle at the end. It's a nice and relatively healthy addition to our meal rotation. Thanks for sharing."

"I'm not an eggplant lover, but this was great! I used canned tomatoes instead of fresh and it worked fine. I used an 8x8 pan and it layered more like a lasagna than parm for me.... but we enjoyed it. There are a lot of dishes, but it's worth it!"
