"I'm not an eggplant lover, but this was great! I used canned tomatoes instead of fresh and it worked fine. I used an 8x8 pan and it layered more like a lasagna than parm for me.... but we enjoyed it. There are a lot of dishes, but it's worth it!"

"Very good and simple recipe. Love that you can make it ahead of time...We tried both the broiler and the torch to carmelize and both worked great."

"Terrific, though very sweet. It was a nice change from normal routine desserts. Relatively simple to make. I thought it was even better the next day!"

"Fantastic! You can't go wrong with brie, onions and puffed pastry!!! I served it as an appetizer and everyone loved it! The caraway seeds are the perfect touch of flavor. Will do again! Thanks."
