    "I followed the recipe exactly as written. Mine did not bake up as fluffy nor was it anywhere near the same color as regular corn bread as the picture shows. The flavor wasn't there either. I will try it again but this time with fresh ground white wheat instead of store bought."

    "I made this but taking the advice of other poster, I lessened the amount of water to 3/4 cup but I added 1 egg and 1 egg white, divided evenly between 24 cupcake papers/tins and cooked for 25 min. I wanted a more cupcake-like texture. Not bad for a great dessert!"

    "I used this to marinate some Red Fish (Red Drum) fillets that were caught fresh from the Gulf yesterday. (thanks to hubby). This marinade is outstanding! I marinated them for 3 hours then quickly pan fried the fish in some olive oil. I will definitely be using this recipe again!"
