    "I make this every year for Christmas dinner, and it's always fantastic. If you've got time for the dry-aging, fine; but it's still darned good without it. And the whole planter thing is only necessary if you have a crappy oven. If you've got a decent oven, skip the planter. To those that complained about this being too complicated: skip the aging, ..."
