    About Me

    Yet another foodie guy...

    Poster child for ADHD and insomnia, I am a producer for both film and music, and also a personal manager for more than a handful of actors/directors/musicians. In the Philippines, I run a company that makes interactive educational software for children. Every once in a while I do some freelance writing; politics, food, travel, entertainment and technology... usually. I sleep an average of 2 hours a night.

    I keep permanent residences in Venice Beach (CA), Williamsburg (NY), and Manila (Philippines).

    Favorite Foods

    My list of "favorite" foods has no end, so I'll just name off some of my favorite restaurants:
    Of course, the French Laundry in Napa - definitely an experience. Lucques and Zankou Chicken in Los Angeles (as well as Maison Akira in Pasadena). In New York, there's Daniel and, of course, the iconic Peter Luger in my own 'hood. New York also has Thomas Keller's other resto, per se, although I hate the neighborhood. Oh, and L'Astrance in Paris.

    I'm a huge fan of most types of food. Depending on my mood, faves include a really good eggs benedict, homemade chicken pot pies (with a truffled bechamel -mmmmmmmmmm), sushi - especially Toro, the fatty tuna, cheese - the stinkier the better, a majority of the cuisines of northern India, northern Africa and the Ashkenazi Jews, and I'll take a steak frites anyday. Now I'm hungry...
