"Great, Easy dinner. I followed everything exactly. My only concern was that my cream cheese (regular didn't make the dish completely creamy. It was a little curd like and I had to smoosh chunks of it up with a fork and really stir it around before serving. It didn't have that texture I am used to when making dishes with cream cheese. My Husband was VERY impressed. I would like to say however.... all the crumbs and stuff seems to be a waste. I used the same recipie to a "T" . I used 6 butterfly chops...boneles..."

"I made this last night. I used two chuck roasts. The taste was great. I followed it to the T. I cooked it 7 hours... but I think I should have let it go to 8 or 9 on low. It was soft...but not as soft as I like it. But it wasn't tough either.. it was almost perfect. The last three hours I tossed in a bag of those shortcut carrots..washed..peeled....."
