    "This was very good! I forgot to put the foil on when I baked it, but it was still great. The scotch flavor was just a hair strong. I guess it depends on what scotch you use. I might reduce it by 1/8cup and compensate with a little more water.Served with a recipe for rumpledethumps I found here, this was a great Scottish dinner!"

    "This was so incredibly easy and delicious. It was literally a 'set it and forget it' recipe.To add a little something to the spinach, I crumbled some feta on the bed just before I slid the hot fish on top. The oil and lemon just slightly softened the feta while wilting the spinach.This is going in the "favorites" file!"

    "We made this last week. I found Splenda "brown sugar" which is half Splenda and real brown sugar mixed together. It says to use half as much as the recipe calls for.
