    About Me

    I was the kid who all through high school that would come home after football or baseball practice, and want to help my Mom in the kitchen. I love to cook!

     I grew up not knowing what food from a box tasted like, and to this day do the best I can to use local, fresh, and organic ingredients from my vegitables to my meats.

    When I'm not in the kitchen experimenting, I love writing music, working on cars, and just being around good friends and family. 

    I love entertaining, good food, some good beers, and a great ballgame.  To me that's as good as it gets!

    Favorite Foods

    I love southern cuisine.  I have roots in the south, and there's nothing I love more than cooking a large Sunday dinner for family and friends.  From smoking a brisket for 13 hours, to frying chicken, I like to make sure NOBODY goes home hungry!
