    About Me

Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, CANADA. Going on 14 years of marriage with my wonderful husband. Welcomed our first son in September of 2007, and a daughter in August 2010.

Currently a full-time student working on my Master's degree in Information Technology while staying home and raising my two wonderful children.

We're trying to relocate to Toronto, but aren't having much luck selling our home.

    Favorite Foods

Favorite foods: Sweet and sour chicken (Mom's best recipe), grilled filet mignon in teriyaki glaze (my husband can grill!), Grandma's home-made manicotti from scratch (including pasta!). I am a hopeless carbohydrate junkie - mashed potatoes, french fries, pasta, rice, and fresh bread (which I make at home at least twice a week).

    Favorite restaurant in San Antonio:
The Grey Moss Inn (http://www.grey-moss-inn.com). When you go, order a salad with the delicious "White French" dressing. Also, I ALWAYS eat steak. The "Witches Brew" marinade is heavenly, and the steaks are cooked over an outdoor mesquite and charcoal pit grill. The steak comes with a sour cream potato, and a squash gratin that you will WISH you had the recipe for. When the time comes to leave San Antonio, I will eat my last meal in this city at the Grey Moss Inn. :)
