    Kids have moved on (mostly) and transitioning to cooking for two is proving trickier than expected.
    Need to be cooking healthy 100% of the time for my husbands health and my weight.
    Did the 3Day in '06 after losing weight by walking incessantly and eating the WW way.
    Now I'm back where I started and ready to try taking care of myself once again. . Well, almost ready.
    Trying to gear up, get and keep a positive attitude.
