"I've made this recipe 3 times now and just wanted to comment on how delicious and versatile it is. The first time I made it, I followed the directions exactly. Very yummy, but didn't feel I needed to have the whipping cream in it. So the next time I made it I didn't put the cream in and had the sour cream on the side. Also very yummy. And I f..."

"Our family loves cauliflower and real mashed potatoes. And the combination makes wonderful, healthier mashed potatoes. I almost always make my potatoes this way now. Well my dad came to visit and he won't eat any veggies other than corn and mashed potatoes. I made these potatoes and not only did he like them, he had seconds! We never did tell..."

"I made this for dinner last night and it got rave reviews! I doubled the sauce recipe and instead of soy sauce I used Yoshida's Original Sweet and Savory Sauce. Served it with brown rice and steamed zucchini. This is a keeper :"
