    About Me

    I've always loved to cook since I was a little girl. I carried that love over to my adult life where I owned and operated a catering company for several years. I decided the 18 hour days were killing my love for the kitchen and left the industry. Now I cook for family an friends and enjoy exploring new things in the kitchen. My daughter has decided that mom's love of cooking is in her veins and plans to attend a Culinary Arts School when she graduates from high school! I could deal with that!!! Way 2 Go Jess.

    Favorite Foods

    OOOhh! There are so many. But I would have to say anything with FLAVOR and SPICE! I don't mean heat.... just spice! To blend fresh herbs with fruits or vegetables or even odd things like dandelion or licorice root, mangos with red pepper..... anything to make the tastebuds go WOW!

    By far I would say I'm best at making Italian dishes but my family will also say any thing on the grill or mexican food too. I enjoy trying my hand at mediterranean dishes as they are so flavorful and zesty.
