    About Me

A professional freelance musician, I don't always have the time to cook well - but I love doing it when I can! I'm lucky to have a girlfriend who is an excellent cook, so I tend to eat well even if I'm on the move. My work involves teaching singers and choirs, conducting concerts, writing and recording songs, and musically directing shows. I also give presentations on how singing affects your health and wellbeing.

    Favorite Foods

I'm a sucker for raspberries, maple syrup, most cheeses and a good old fashioned roast.
My signature dish has to be my slow-roasted shoulder of lamb in red wine - normally cooked for at least eight hours!
