    "I loved it! It is additive. Could not believe how many people thought the "other onion dip" was the best. Either no taste buds or are used to package foods & all the preservatives that go with it. Haven't made that dip in years for those reasons."

    "I added the ff 1/2 & 1/2 at the start. It curdled, but I smashed with hand masher & used an electric mixer & it thickened up perfectly. No curdles! I also added red pepper flakes, a bit of dried thyme, basil & 2 small bay leafs. Smash hit at the soup New Years Eve party last night. Did not add all the salt, but salted to my taste."
