"This is very delicious. I looked for recipes to use the coconut milk I had in the pantry and this one caught my eye. Didn't change a thing. Not sure what a previous poster meant by the recipe could've been written better. Recipe was clear and produced excellent results. In reading the recipe I felt that the person submitting was the real deal..."

"Three of my favorite snacking items in one salad. The dressing is light and refreshing. The only change I made was to use canola oil instead of EVOO so I'm sure that the taste was somewhat different but still very good. Thanks for posting this recipe."

"Great snack and healthy too. The only thing I did differently was to mix spices in a sandwich or quart freezer bag and put chickpeas in the bag to coat. The chickpeas are evenly coated and you just throw the bag out when finished. Thanks for the simple but tasty recipe."

"My friend made this for a barbeque at the end of our softball season. It was so good I asked for the recipe. She told me it was Ina's recipe and brought in the cookbook for me to look through. The picture in the cookbook is enough to make you hungry but seeing it in person had everyone sneaking tastes before it was put on the table. I'm making..."
