    Reviewed Sour Cream Coffee Cake

"This is by far the best coffee cake I've ever made. The second time I made it, I inserted slices of apples, which I had sauteed with butter and sugar, in the middle of the cake. You can do so many variations on this. Absolutely fabulous recipe. Thanks!"

    About Me

    I reside on Cape Cod.
Have a collection of over 350 cookbooks. Particularly enjoy Jacques Pepin, Julia Child and Joanne Weir.
Have taken many culinary classes, including a trip to Tuscany Italy to attend cooking classes. In the summer I can be found at the beach, my favorite place to be when outside the kitchen.
Pet peeves are grocery stores with terrible produce sections and people who "generalize" when giving their opinions.

    Favorite Foods

Favor Italian cusine. Always trying new recipes. Enjoy cooking for friends.
Many good restaurants on Cape Cod.
