    About Me

    I am 40 something mom feeding four on a tight budget. I learned to cook early in my childhood. It helped that I had a wonderful mother that encouraged my cooking ideas and showed me ways to change or update a recipe to make it special.

    I am known for my lasagna, red beans and rice, and cornbread. However my specialty seems to be creating main dishes to feed three hungry fellows.
