"I am a fan of chipotle from way back and this is a beautiful and easy salsa - I used jarred crushed garlic which cuts down on the prep time. Thank you! This may be a little spicey if you are looking for a "mild' salsa though. I would rate this a "medium" on the fire scale for most people and "mild" for those of us used to spice."

"To make the lemon herb gravy - I first cook herbed chicken in a little olive oil and chicken broth and then added flour to the juice to thicken. This made an excellent dish and covered all the bases (meat, veggies and starch! Definitely a keeper"

"This was good but light on the flavor. That makes it a good appetizer for everyone including the kids! Even your pickiest ones will like this. I even used an organic garlic bread with whole cloves in it and it was all gone. This was super easy and didn't heat up the kitchen too much."
