I used honey instead of sugar and 1/3 cup of blueberry applesauce instead of oil, finally I used whole wheat flour instead of white. The trick is to sprinkle it into the mixture until desired consistency. If you are new to pancake making, you have to let the mixture sit ..."

"I just made these for my preschooler's Christmas party. They are so tasty and the spice cake is delicious. I love the way they look after the popsicle sticks are added. I didn't use nuts though because of allergies. Make them!!!"

"It took me forever to find the right basil. I thought when I finally did it would cost a fortune. However, I spent a mere 1.50 for the entire amount. This blew my DH's mind! We ate so much and hardly touched the other dishes."

(depending on what I have on hand One of my prefered additions is to add fresh parsley and cayenne to the egg mixture before I pour it on and top with chives before I bake."

"This chicken is great!! I mixed onion powder, garlic, olive oil and liquid smoke into a paste and spead it under the skin. I popped and entire head of garlic in the pot and let it simmer with the chicken. Then I took the roasted garlic, mayonaise and a few tablespoons of the drippings and made an amazing sauce to accompany this dish. It is a huge ..."

I also served the salmon with a lemon, dill and garlic yogurt. I made 6 salmon steaks for 2 adults and a child and there are NO leftovers. Thank you...Tha..."
