"Very good. I actually only had frozen cauliflower but I wanted to tell you it worked out well. I went from frozen, covered in olive oil and garlic with about 1/2 the cheese and cooked for 15 minutes, then put on the rest of the cheese and broiled. I will definitely do this again. Thanks :"

"Very nice! I made this recipe ahead of time for our small group and it was received well. I left out the jalapeno's and used beef broth in place of the chicken broth. I also used a combination of salsa and canned tomatoes in place of tomatoes since they just weren't looking great at the store :( Thanks for an easy to follow recipe!"

"These are pretty good. I definitely needed about 15 more minutes cooking time. This may be due to the higher elevation? I am more of a "handful" kind of cook so I didn't measure the spices but I was pretty close. Great overall taste. Will definitely make again!"

"Great concept. I definitely think you should cook your bacon about 1/2 through before you wrap around the corn if you plan on eating it. The corn was tender and didn't need any additional seasoning. I didn't have butcher string handy but they worked fine without in my grill baskets. Thanks!"
