"Excellent fry mix recipe! I didn't actually make the sandwich, but I used the fry mix to fry some shrimp. The only change I made was adding adobo and smoked paprika to the fry mix, and mixing the eggs with buttermilk instead of water. I also did not use the hot sauce because I didn't have anymore. The shrimp came out light, crispy, and del ..."

"The sauce is delicious! Especially on Rigatoni. And it is so easy to make! I used regular onion instead of caramelized because I was short on time. I also added chopped red bell pepper, garlic, and adobo seasoning. I used a slurry of flour and water to thicken the sauce a little more, and it turned out really amazing."

"This pudding is easy, delicious, and just right for an old fashioned banana pudding recipe. The only changes I made was reducing the sugar to 3/4 cup and adding 3 teaspoons of vanilla instead of 1. A combination of cooking on low heat while whisking ensured that the pudding came out perfectly. It was not lumpy of grainy as others have stated. I am..."

"WOW!! What a charming little cake! Super easy to make, and soooo good. The only change I made was using half & half instead of milk for a richer flavor. We ate it warm with vanilla ice cream, and it tasted amazing. The cake is soft and moist, while the topping gives you a sweet crunch. This is all balanced by the tang of the strawberries. Deliciou..."

"Wow. Who knew you could make delicious polenta in the oven?? This recipe is a winner in all ways. It was sooo incredibly easy and sooo tasty. I used coarse stone ground cornmeal for a heartier, earthier taste. Then I used 3 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy cream. It took a full hour in the oven to get the perfect consistency. Towards the e..."

"Excellent basic recipe. I used Mango Orange juice and a few dashes of allspice, and it turned out to be the best cranberry sauce I have ever had! I will never eat it from a can again."

"These were ok, but I didn't like the oregano taste so next time I'll leave it out. I really liked the idea of cooking the meatballs in the sauce. It definitely made the meatballs more tender and the sauce more tasty. I used ground turkey, but maybe next time I'll use a mixture of ground turkey and turkey sausage to get a little more flavor."

"Pretty good, almost tastes like a teriyaki sauce. I didn't like that the fish sauce was very strong and there was a slight aftertaste. I found that there was too much liquid too, and I removed the chicken and reduced the sauce and added cornstarch to thicken it. I think I should have let the sauce reduce all the way down to a glaze and it would h..."

"Excellent. I must admit I was skeptical at first because the recipe looked so simple. In addition to using honey bbq sauce, I also coated the ribs in worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, bbq seasoning, adobo, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. I wrapped it tightly in foil and marinated in the fridge overnight. I baked them in the foil for exactl..."
