I got a Kitchenaid. My life is forever changed. I have a lapband gastric implant which prevents me from eating most types of food. So, I bake for the simple pleasure of baking and giving to others. I always have a taste of what I make, but rarely do I get to partake. I guess I'm baking bi-proxy instead of eating! Couldn't love it any more!
