Me again! Does this sit on the counter for ten days? When does it hit the fridge? This must be very sour with the milk.
I want to try it, but even my sourdough is only on the counter from 24 to 28 hours, then in the fridge.
    Thanks for your time."

    About Me

I am retired from being head chef at my fishing resort, specializing in seafood dishes, special diets, and decadent desserts. I owned a small deli that was a delightful experience, and am now occassionally catering and experimenting..."always"...with new receipes. I love entertaining, and, especially pleasing the palate. New ideas are always my goal!

    Favorite Foods

My client's and family's favorite has always been Salmon Paprikish, and New England Clam Chowder. Having fresh seafood..fish and shellfish at our fingertips..."rod tips", certainly made for excellent cooking!
Delightful new pastries and veggie pies were the favorite in the deli. The deserts were so elegantly decorated and so very delicious.
