     |  By Rinder

"I used store bought, pre-cooked meatballs to save time. Since I was making them as hors'douvres for a party I prepared the sauce in a skillet, added the meatballs & pineapple chunks until well-coated & hot. Then I used toothpicks to pierce one chunk of pineapple & one meatball each & arranged them all on a plate to serve. They were a big hit! Than..."

I didn't have time to go to the store, so I chopped up a large tomato. Although still very tasty, it was rather messy & mushy that way. Also, garlic salt seemed to work well as an "on..."

"So yummy I wanted to lick the blender! The juice really makes the flavor zing! I used unflavored soy powder, white grape/peach juice, and a frozen "fruit for smoothies" mix containing chunks of strawberries, mangoes, & pineapple.I'm a tofu newbie so I'm not sure I had the right kind, but it worked. My husband and I had this for breakfast &..."
