    About Me

I am a single parent in Calgary Alberta Canada.I am a caregiver for the elderly and handicapped and work for a home care company.I am on sick leave at the moment and have filled my time by cooking new dishes.I really enjoy cooking especially now that I have more time to cook.I love the recipes here on Zaar.

    Favorite Foods

I am famous for my spaghetti sauce and my lasagna (which I make with my leftover spaghetti sauce).I will have to post it sometime but there are recipes on Zarr already that are pretty much like mine except i put lots of crushed garlic in mine.Since I am newly vegetarian I substitute italian veg ground round for the beef in my sauce and it is still good.
