"This had a great flavor! We did fried zucchini sticks and chicken strips with this batter. Both were fantastic and turned out well. I found that rolling each in flour first helped the batter to stick a little better. Also, drop these into the oil, don't use a basket. The batter likes to incorporate itself into the mesh."
