    Reviewed Pan Fried Pork Chops

"This was great! Super easy, and really flavorful. I made a country gravy with the pan drippings and served with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. My 6 year old son couldn't stop raving about how good it was. :) "

Reviewed Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream (For Electric Ice Cream Machine)

"The perfect ice cream! The flavor of the strawberries really stands out. I love that it;s not too sweet... store bought ice cream can be cloyingly sweet, but this is just sweet enough. I thought it would be too cheesy with a whole brick of cream cheese, and was tempted to halve it, but I;m glad I didn;t. The flavors here are very wel..."

Reviewed Country White Bread or Dinner Rolls (Bread Machine)

"This recipe makes the most amazing rolls! Really soft bread, and delicious old-fashioned taste. I agree with another poster who said that it would probably be too soft to cut into slices if you made loaves. I am by no means a successful bread maker (if the bread machine doesn;t do ALL the work, my efforts usually tank), but I took a chance wit..."

    Reviewed Guinness Stew

"This was okay... I found it to be really sweet for some reason (the meat? The carrots?). The meat was really tender and had good flavor, but the broth was super thick and almost paste-like after cooking for 3 hours. It wasn;t really what I was hoping for."

Reviewed The Only Chocolate Cake Recipe You'll Ever Need! (Devil's Food)

"My son and I were wanting chocolate cupcakes one night, and after trying a couple of recipes that didn't measure up to our craving, I came across this one. This is the absolute best chocolate cake, hands down. It's got a nice, rich chocolatey flavor without being too sweet, and comes out so soft and moist. I got two dozen cupcakes out of a batch of..."

    Reviewed Mom's Chocolate Cupcakes

"Didn't like these at all, unfortunately. They didn't rise in the middle (my son said they looked like they had bellybuttons). The flavor was also really odd... like they were burnt on top, and they weren't very chocolaty. I did like that they weren't sickeningly sweet and they were nice and soft in the middle, though. I made them as directed, so I'..."

Reviewed Weight Watchers Parmesan Chicken Cutlets

"Quick, easy, healthy, delicious. What more can you ask for? :) I lightly brushed my cutlets with Dijon mustard so the breading would adhere better."

    Reviewed Honey Granola

"Made some changes, due to what I had on hand: used dried cranberries instead of raisins, molasses and light corn syrup instead of honey, and added 1/4 cup slivered almonds and 1/4 cup walnut pieces. Turned out really good! Thanks for sharing!"

    Favorite Foods

Anything with a cream sauce, cheese, or sour cream on it will be devoured by me. I love rich foods, and I miss them oh, so very much!!

I make killer cilantro-lime fish tacos, chicken lasagna, and stuffed turkey burgers! Savory foods are my favorite to make... I'm not big on baking, and not that great at it, either. :)
