"I thought this was really good - and even my husband, who complained that he "doesn't like fruit in his food," cleaned his plate!! I browned the chicken first with some veggies (zuchinni, green peppers and onions, cut it up in strips and baked it in the sauce for 30 minutes. Yummy!"

"This was really easy and delicious - my favorite kind of dish! I doubled the cheese and used mostly parmesan, and a little bit of mozzarella. Next time I will definitely double this recipe because I think it would be great reheated. Didn't have any leftovers this time!!"

"I used 3 chicken breasts, same amount of everything else. Because they were so big, I baked them for almost an hour on a greased pizza pan. They turned out delicious. We had mac n cheese and green beans for sides. Will definitely make again when I need some comfort food!!"
