Baking is how I grasp control of my ever-changing environment, and is a real stress-buster. The aroma of vanilla and cinnamon entices my senses, and I'm just glad I know how to use an oven.
I personally love desserts, albeit that I conservatively snack on them. My speciality is currently unknown, but I will say that I have an aptitude for baking breads: yellow/white cornbreads, gingerbread, pumpkin bread, BREAD. I'm a breadoholic, really.
