"The texture was amazing: airy and fluffy (almost like sponge cake with a crisp muffin top. I substituted buttermilk for the milk and eggbeaters for the eggs. The problem is the taste. It tasted like nothing by itself. I guess that's the way a plain cupcake would be, but I was disappointed. I added nutella as frosting and of course, they were deli..."

"Really good with a couple of changes. I used eggbeaters and half grated apple (raw applesauce/half butter to lower calories and because that was what I had. I also added 1/3 cup milk like others did. The nutella really made a difference and with the changes, the cupcakes were soft (if a little denser because of the applesauce with a crispy top. ..."

"This was really delicious, bot too sweet, but refreshing because of the orange. I used grated apples (fresh, raw applesauce instead of the oil to cut some calories. I Also baked them in 4 ramekins and 6 muffin cups because I didn't have a loaf pan. I think 30 minutes was a little too much but it was still good, so adjust accordingly. The topping ..."

"These were really good. I didn't have chocolate chips, so I used broken pieces of a Hershey's Bar with almonds. The thing is, the dough was very wet, so it was too sticky to form into balls. I had to add about another 1/4 cup flour.Next time I won't add the water. Next time I'm going to try with walnuts and white chocolate pieces. Thanks!"

Here is my version: I had no baking powder, so I didn't use it, not sure how it would've affected my cookies, but they came out fine. I used Cinnamon shredded wheat, crushed finely. I only used 3/4 brown sugar since I figured the cereal..."

"Absolutely phenomenal! This was delicious, not too sweet and not gritty (and I was skeptical b/c I normally hate bran anything -.o. I didn't have all bran cereal as a whole, but I did have all-bran cereal breadcrumbs (bran cereal crushed in the blender, so I used those. And I added a 1/2 tsp more cinnamon, personal preference lol. When I baked t..."

"While I won't necessarily call this vegan (the butter is questionable, this was absolutely delicious! I ran out of butter, so I ended up using 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup applesauce and it turned out great. Also I didn't have apples and instant apple and cinnamon oatmeal, so I replaced it with more cinnamon oatmeal, making 2 cups. They were really g..."
