"I was looking for a quick and easy recipe for chicken breast. Gave this a try and turned out great. I made a few changes. I added a clove of garlic with the onions, pinch of salt, pinch of red pepper flakes, used ketchup, and 3/4 cup water. I also thickened the sauce slightly with a mixture of cornstarch and water. Would make again."

"This recipe is delicious. It calls for bottle pectin, I used one pouch certo liquid pectin. As suggested, I also added 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, you could use more. This has become my favorite for pepper jelly and it's so easy. For some reason, I got more jars than the recipe called for. A bonus."

"I was looking for something new with chicken that I could pop into the oven. This looked interesting and gave it a try. It was great. Served it with rice, green beans and carrots. I used legs and thighs. The only change was to remove the skin to cut down on the fat. Will definitely make again. Yum"
