The walnuts are an essentail item to this coleslaw, and so is the chilling. Have made this many many times and will continue to do so"

I made a "large" batch of the dry ingredients, added oil and sauce to the potatoes I had made, and popped the rest of the dry ingredients in a container into the freezer for next time. Found I hand to increase the oil to get a even texture on all the potatoes."
