    "This wasn't my favorite but then again I didn't have shredded mozz so I used cubed. Sure it made a difference. Would definately use more sauce next time."

    "I love any Picatta. So I made this and man it was good. I could have eaten all four pieces myself! Reminded me of my favorite Italian restaurant which is 300 miles from me. So I am happy. I even added some sundried tomato. Next time I'll add some artichoke."
