    I am a busy back-to-school student looking for my first degree, and I also work full time to pay for all that (ack!) I am also trying to learn a new language and , etc, and ......I love being outdoors but am getting fat due to lack of exercise (darn! that school!)

    Favorite Foods

    I am on the prowl for easy, make ahead and freeze stuff as I usually can only cook on the weekend and even then for just a couple of hours. Also I am looking for receipies that are low glycemic - so high fibre whole grain stuff is of interest. Also I love my crockpot because I am a lazy cook (okay so maybe I just have no time right now!). I love expensive red wine and tons of garlic ...
