    About Me

I am a stay at home mother of two boys and one girl who like most mothers, loves to cook for her family and friends. My favorite cookbook is Middle Eastern Cooking by Claudia Roden. My husband is from Palestine so the overwhelming majority of our food is coming from his culture, which is extremely flavorful and healthy. My worst pet peeves are cooking for people who are picky and don't care for onions or garlic because these in my opinion are two of the most important staples in cooking.

    Favorite Foods

Stuffed grape leaves, hummus, fresh pita, basbousa, mansef, stuffed cabbage leaves and konafah with cheese.
