"Totally 5 stars!!! I love to combine this with recipe#422807 for wonderful skin. I also like to add freshly grated ginger for tummy aches or two garlic chunks for colds. (I take the garlic out after 4 minutes This tastes very good and definitely has benefits for the look of the skin over time as it cleans the liver. Like other reviewers I feel a ..."

"This smells delicious while baking and tastes really good. I made it gluten free by using a rice flour mix (white rice flour & half the amount of tapioca starch, no gum I used granny smith apples, dark brown sugar on top of the apples and white sugar in the crust, I reduced both by about half along with the butter like another reviewer on this on..."

"That 1 star review has got to go!! At least how I made it (gluten free it came out to be the best banana bread I have ever made! I made them in muffin cups. In fact they were the most beautiful looking muffins I have made in a while. Very high rising. I cheated a little as I did not use butter this time but canola oil in the amount the gluten fre..."

"The flavour was really good and smooth like no other squash we have tried but as with this type of squash so I have leaned it was extremely dry. I did not add the bay leaf out of preference and used sweet paprika. I would like to find a recipe for kabocha maybe with sauce or a liquid to make the outcome not so dry. I would use these flavours again."

"Tasty and light at least how I had to change it to suit my diet. There is a similar tea which in Arabic they call, chai haleeb meaning milk tea made in Kuwait and I think Saudi Arabia as well so this is probably a regional recipe enjoyed with breakfast and also the last small meal of the day during the evening, lunch being the main meal of the day..."

"This is a staple in my cupboard. I omit the nutmeg though because it is an intoxicant and therefore it is not halal. I add less allspice in it's place. I use whole spices and toast them in a dry pan before grinding them. This gives off a wonderful aroma. Definitely using whole spices as well as toasting them gives a better flavour than any store b..."
