I used frozen pre-cooked cubed chicken (since it find it to be a lifesaver in many dishes and left out the mushrooms cause we don't really like them...     "A little more work than just using a bag of frozen veggies, but so worth it!!! I used snow peas and broccoli instead. I did think it needed a little more than just salt and pepper so I used some lemon-orange pepper that I had, which gave it a nice little kick. It was simply delish!"

    "I thought this was delicious but my family thought it was a little bland... They suggested using a different cheese next time, so maybe I will try using sharp cheddar... Or a combination of cheddar and parmesan. May also add some thinly sliced onions. But like I said, I really enjoyed it as written!"
