    My Journal

    Reviewed Turkey Lettuce Wraps

"Wow these were sooo good! And in my opinion, way better than the ones from PF Chang's! I used frozen pre-cooked cubed chicken (since it find it to be a lifesaver in many dishes) and left out the mushrooms cause we don't really like them... I love that this recipe calls for "normal" ingredients that I have on hand, rather than having to buy 3-4 "

    Reviewed Perfect Summer Basil Burger

"Oh my, these were sooo good!!! One of the best burgers I've had in a long time! The garlic sauce is the best - just full of flavor and so darn good!!! I wouldn't change a single thing about this recipe!"

    Reviewed Chicken Florentine Pasta

"We thought this was fabulous! It was so easy to make and looked so appealing... Didn't use the white wine cause the family doesn't like it - just added more chicken broth... Also threw in half a block of cream cheese that I needed to use up, and tossed the parmesan cheese with the whole dish rather than just putting it on top. It was sooo good "

Reviewed Simple Green Bean Salad with Lemon Dressing

"This was really good. Didn't use anchovies because they scare me and I used regular canned black olives rather than the cured ones. I'm sure the cured ones would have been better but I just didn't have them. Days later, the salad was still nice and fresh! "

    Reviewed Pico de Gallo

"Hard to beat a tasty Pico de Gallo and this recipe is no exception! Another great recipe from Ree!!!"

    Reviewed Restaurant-Style Salsa

"This was the best salsa I've ever made and will probably be the only one I ever bother using again... It reminded me of the salsa that Chili's serves... Soooo good and not hard at all to make!"

Reviewed Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Vinaigrette

"This was so easy and really good... My teenage girls scarfed it right down! Gotta love that! Thanks Melissa!"

    Reviewed Snow Pea-Radish Slaw

"This was really tasty! I will definitely make it again, but I think I will julienne the veggies a little more than I did this time to give it more of a "slaw" texture. This is a refreshing and healthy side dish for the spring/summer..."
