"Many reviewers complained of the pinkish tinged sauce. Here's what I did. I subbed 2 cups chicken broth for the salsa and added 2 Tbsp. homemade taco seasoning. Used frozen corn. FANTASTIC. Next time try I may try using a little salsa and about 1 cup chicken broth. I only used 1/2 block neufachtel cream cheese to cut down on the fat a little. Se..."

"This is such a good, basic sauce. I added some thyme and a little red wine. Very good result. Thanks!"

"This is a really good, easy weeknight meal. I always have all this stuff on hand so can throw it together on the spur of the moment. Thanks!"

"Fantastic! I sprinkled some italian seasoning on my chicken and baked at 350 for 20 minutes before dicing. I omitted the sun-dried tomatoes and used a larger amount of marinara versus alfredo (about 2 to 1. The result was wonderful. Instead of lasagna noodles I used the large egg roll wrappers available in the produce section of my store. These w..."

"What a great method! I didn't bother coating the meat in flour, just browned it up a bit in some EVOO and tossed in the crock pot with the sauce. I reduced the vinegar to 1/2 cup but followed as written otherwise. Fantastic tasting sauce. Loved it! I want to try again with another cut, possibly country style ribs."

"I used 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground mild italian sausage for the meatballs. Otherwise made as directed but chose to bake them on a foil lined baking sheet at 425 for about 15 minutes. The result was fantastic! So much easier and less messy than cooking up in batches in oil. I warmed up a couple of jars of store bought sauce in a d ..."

"I had hoped that these would turn out much like oven fries do when you use a yukon gold or baking potato. They did not, but I was not disappointed. They didn't crisp up the same as a regular potato and had a somewhat soft texture when finished. The taste, however, was fantastic! They honey and cinnamon compliment the sweet potato very well. T ..."

"Every recipe of Tyler's that I have made has turned out so great. I didn't have the cute carrots with the tops on so I just cut regular old carrots up into chunks and proceeded as directed. They were so good even the kids were gobbling them up. I love Tyler!"

"I had high hopes for this based on all the glowing reviews. It did not turn out well for me. It was just odd tasting. Too many veggies in ratio to the meat, too highly spiced. Maybe it will end up tasting better as meat loaf sandwiches. Lets hope, because there is a lot left over!"
