"These were quick and easy and the pudding does add a nice flavor. I did notice as I scraped the last bit out of the bowl and popped it into my mouth that they were lacking salt. The cookies still taste good but next time I'll add between 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt to balance out the flavors."

"SO GLAD I decided to make this dessert for a family gathering at my house this weekend. It was great to make the day ahead and was a complete hit. I heated up the can of frosting for an extra few seconds until it was pourable. That was my only worry about the dessert was not messing up the top by trying to spread the frosting. I just poured th..."

"I really REALLY wanted this recipe to work for me but it didn't. I even tried it twice! Good thing I only halved the recipe both times and did it as a trial run for a family dinner this weekend. I wish mine looked as good as Chef #458914's! I also had a problem with them rising. Oh well, I guess that's why you do trial runs with new recipes!"

"This tasted a LOT like the Panda Express Mandarin Chicken. I liked that the ginger flavor worked well and wasn't too much - I have found most of the Chinese food recipes I try overdo the ginger. I added a little too much cornstarch because I couldn't get it to thicken so the flavor was slightly off but that was my bad, not the recipe. Great rec..."

"SO good. I only used 2 chicken breasts as that's all I had on had for the 2 of us. I grilled them with blackening seasoning and added them to the mix with a can of black beans and only used half of the cream cheese. This made enough for two 8x8 inch pans - one for tonight and one for the freezer."

"Quick, easy, tasty recipe. The comments about it being better the next day must be true, my husband took it in his lunch cold the next TWO days and normally I can NEVER get him to take leftovers. Thanks for a great, easy meal!"

"This was good but ended up too salty for my taste but that is because I used regular soy sauce as that's all I had. My husband who love salt thought it was great!"

"I used half and half instead of the heavy cream. It curdled, which was my fault as I didn't let it come down to a lower temperature before adding it. Perhaps the recipe would work if the cream and butter were added at the same time? I'll try that next time - it tasted great!"

"Just what I was looking for. I wanted to make blackened chicken to go on top of my alfredo and this worked perfectly. I reduced the salt to 1 Tbs and cooked the chicken on the grill to keep the smoke out of the house. Thanks for a great recipe that I can use again and again - I put the leftovers into a spice bottle for next time. Should last u..."

"Pretty good recipe - they were dense and the tops were nice and crusty."
