I'm a mom of two great kids! A fifteen year old daughter and a five year old little boy! I love to cook and share only the best that I can. I have a family full of wonderful Italian and Spanish cooks that keep me on my toes. I use them at all costs for any recipes I can get my hands on. Some of them they still will not share :)
I love anything to do with potatoes! I love to bake and people seem not to mind when I bring things to work! My daughter is my dedicated helper in the kitchen and with a little practice, will be the next Paula Deen! So far, I'm famous for my molasses cookies - my dad used to make them for our lunches when my brother and I were kids. His version of the cookies was about 12" in diameter, so we'd only be able to take 1/4 in our lunch. I've sized my down a bit - and it seems to work well. I love crab and any vegetable I can get my hands on. I really don't like peanuts in my Chinese take out, the floating stuff that always seems to be in my water glass and most recently peach tea by Snapple. I'm always willing to try anything multiple times for I may like it again. I love eating out and look forward to our trips with family to try new foods.
