"Very good. I like a little more flavor to my Roux, so add a tsp. salt & pepper or other seasoning. I use it all the time for stews :-"

"This was an amazing recipe! I use the honey mustard sauce as a dip also because the family loved it so much.I also found that if you use bbq sauce instead of honey mustard and omit mushrooms you have Chilli's Monterey Chicken!! A great variation. Thank you!**btw..the mustard is supposed to be a bit soupy**"

"This recipe is AMAZING!!! My DH (VERY picky with new recipes LOVED this!! It will become a weekly meal in our house. It is SO easy. I left the chicken breasts whole, served them with a little of the tomatoes on top, Spanish rice (instant rice with the tomatoes mixed in and corn bread muffins. This is SERIOUSLY..DELICIOUS!"

"My family LOVED these!!!! The entire pan was gone by the next afternoon and I've made it almost 5 times since! I use 'Libby's Pumpkin Pie Mix' because I didn't have all the spices and it turned out AWESOME. I don't really consider it a 'BAR' as I made the recipe in a 9x13 pan and it was more like a cake. "
